My bride hired Flame to be the food truck at her wedding, and I was blown away! The food was excellent (the homemade chips & guac were amazing!!), they were very timely & efficient, and overall provided great service. I’m sure their brick & mortar locations are just as good. I would definitely recommend having their food truck at your next event!

Carne and birria tacos were great. Mexican corn was exceptional. The margaritas were done well. Server was prompt and friendly. Will return. Clean and plenty of parking. Chips and salsa were fresh and hot.

We used Flame Cantina as one of our food trucks for our wedding rehearsal dinner at Jasper Winery in Des Moines. The food was fantastic, and the service was excellent. The entire planning process with Kellie was smooth and professional. Many of our guests commented on how delicious the food was, and having the food truck added a fun element to the evening. We are so glad we chose them for our event.
